If I had to cast for Star Trek: Full Speed Ahead, I would probably select the following actors:

Nikki Cox as Captain Krystine Marie Leone
Josh Charles as Commander Jesse Miguel Kincaid
Ayda Field as Lieutenant Commander Ariel Ivanda Etsuko Katayama Elannis
Sabrina Lloyd as Lieutenant Commander Sovera, M. D.
Merritt Wever as Lieutenant Kestrel Otex, Psy.D
Dule Hill as Lieutenant R. Wilson Nieves
Sarah Paulson as Lieutenant Petra Eleanor Bartlet
Mary McCormack as Lieutenant Abigail Anne Atherton
Victor Rasuk as Lieutenant (jg) Gregory Aspinall

Should there be more interest, I'd be happy to put more up if people want to know who might play the roles of some of the supporting characters (Tommy O'Day, Yvonne Colby, Iris Wu, etc).

Good choices! It always helps to put a face with a name. Young looking bunch, though; where are the curmudgeonly geezers? image

I've pondered this for my own series, but only came up with a few. It's weird, but I know in my head how the characters are supposed to look, but I usually can't find an actor to match!

A good line up. In particular those from The West Wing Dule Hill and Mary Mc Cormack - between the top writing and great acting its easy to see those actors playing any part. In fact in my own head I've used some of the WW cast too.
Although truth be told in my head I had pictured Captain Krystine Marie Leone somewhat differently. Not sure what or who but I may just adjust my perspective from on in. Ayda Fields is probably thee perfect choice for Ariel.image
