For the unitiated Dark Territory primarily takes place post-Dominion War. The series is somewhat wide in scope, encompassing a host of characters and ships, though the principal character is Captain Terrence S. Glover. Dark Territory follows Glover as he progresses from a callow young man on the USS Renegade to captain of his own ship, the Starship Cuffe and beyond.
